BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF WITH THESE 4 SIMPLE STEPS.

"That girl" is healthy, fit, cool, social, friendly, hard working, independent. She’s the girl everyone wants to be. Here’s how you can be your own version of her in a few simple steps.

1. PERFECT YOUR MORNING ROUTINE

Your morning routine is so important because it sets the tone for the day. It is your time to really focus on self care and doing things for YOU before you do anything else. Becoming “that girl” means consistency and showing up every day dedicated to becoming the best version of yourself. You can’t be “that girl” without a solid morning routine.

A good morning routine consists of:

  • Drinking lots of water first thing. “That girl” is always hydrated. Bonus points if you have a cute stainless steel water bottle.

  • Quick and effective skin care routine, teeth brushed, and workout clothes on- ready to go

  • Meditating, praying, or journaling to get yourself in a good mindset for the day

  • Eating a healthy breakfast like a smoothie, oats, or eggs and avocado, whatever you love that has good quality protein, carbs and fats and give you energy for the day

  • A warm beverage like coffee, matcha or tea for a positive ritual and some extra energy if needed

  • Morning movement. Whatever movement you enjoy. This can be walking, strength training, running, Pilates, yoga, dancing, cycling, HIIT. Don’t be afraid to mix this up depending on how you feel. Switching up your workouts is key for amazing overall health and looking and feeling your best. If you can get outside, even better.

  • A shower, cute outfit, and some makeup to be ready and feel confident for the day. Makeup is optional, do whatever makes you feel good.

Your morning routine doesn’t have to be perfect but incorporating some or all of these steps will set an amazing tone for the day and get you in “that girl” mode.

    2. BALANCED MEALS AND SNACKS

    Prioritize healthy meals and snacks that you love while also indulging from time to time especially with friends and family. “That girl” makes delicious meals and snacks that look good and taste even better. She loves trying out new recipes and incorporating lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and whole grains in her diet. But don’t be confused by the word “diet,” “that girl” does not diet. She eats intuitively and focuses on foods that make her feel good physically and mentally. Sometimes those foods are salads, and sometimes it’s pizza and ice cream. Balance is key.


    3. CUT OUT THE NEGATIVITY AND LET THE GOOD VIBES FLOW

    “That girl” is all about good vibes and positivity. She prioritizes self care on the daily. She knows when to relax and when to hustle and honors her body and mind. She cuts out all the negative things, people, thoughts, and actions that don’t serve her and replaces them with positivity and self growth. To become “that girl,” you need to analyze your life and start living with intention and making moves towards becoming your best self. Clear out everything that doesn’t serve you and stay focused on your goals.


    4. CHANGE YOUR MINDSET

    Lastly, to be “that girl”, you need to believe you are “that girl”. However you envision your best self to be, start showing up as her every day. While we think of “that girl” as a specific person, she isn’t one size fits all. “That girl” is the best version of yourself and only you know how to truly become her.
